Hello!

My name is Natalie Diaz and I am a licensed Mental Health counselor and a registered yoga teacher. For years, I have been blending breathing and movement techniques with more traditional supportive "talk therapy" to help calm the mind and improve emotional regulation. These practices prove to be especially helpful for those facing anxiety and depression, two challenges in which I specialize.

My Approach

A mindfulness-based approach, which helps to hone in on the present in order to really enjoy life and live it to the fullest. Additionally, I draw on my clinical background and training to help devise a clear picture of what practices might work best for you. I also have training in trauma-informed techniques, and over 10 years of experience working with clients from various backgrounds in Miami, FL.
